Cooking Guidelines

 

For Longanisa

Fill pan with small amount of water. Less than half of height of longa. Bring to a slow boil until water dries up. Fry it with cooking oil or butter depending on preference.

 

For Hotdogs/Sausages

Fill pan with water until sausage/hotdog is fully submerged. Bring to a slow boil. Turn off when boiling. Drain then serve. For added taste you may fry after steaming in olive oil or butter to enhance the taste.

BEST SERVED HOT. Do not overcook as meat has less fat and will become tough.
